In October 2016, Delicia Nealy suffered an injury connected to an incident at Top Golf Houston. What followed was a decade-long battle for justice and accountability that would test her faith, resilience, and determination in ways she never imagined.

She endured a difficult 4-year Attorney Malpractice battle against Hamilton Rucker PLLC, facing emotional hardship, manipulation, deceit, delays, frustration, and exhaustion throughout the legal process.

Despite every obstacle, she refused to quit. Her unwavering faith in God carried her through the darkest moments — 10 years of fighting, believing, and persevering.

Delicia turned her pain into purpose by creating Sue Your Attorney Consulting — a platform dedicated to helping others avoid similar experiences and empowering them with the knowledge, courage, and tools to navigate difficult legal journeys.
